Can anyone tell me if there's a DO NOT CALL category for "creepy politicians?"

Just today, I've received six telephone calls from creepy guys in Washington. First, it was the President, then Bill Clinton. . .  apparently there's some kind of important election coming up next week in Massachusetts, and they have me pegged as a Democrat.

I wonder how much this phone assault will cost. . .

When I pick up the phone, there's that odd silence, then they launch into their message, and don't even give me a chance to get a word in edgewise! How rude.
