Our most recent example of this disturbing trend comes to us courtesy of Court TV(now officially known as In Session, I think), during an interview conducted by [intlink id="4998" type="post"]Ron Kuby[/intlink].

In a response to his question regarding the dangers of giving/taking advice, his guest replied:

20/20 is always hindsight.

I usually don't report mis-speaks involving civilians on LIVE TV, because we all get tongue-tied and say silly things under pressure, but. . .  the guest tried to reinforce her opinion a few seconds later with this:

. . . with 20/20 being hindsight.
