Turning Japanese

Should KY Derby contenders get shut out of the Triple Crown because they're a few thousand dollars short in graded earnings?

We've been hearing cries for "change" from Thoroughbred fans, handicappers and on-air talent. Its one of those "tradition" or "that's the way we've always done it" complications:The BC "Win and You're In" series of races were designed to get fans (old and new) to pick a favorite horse or horses, and follow them along the trail. If that seemed like a good idea, then this is a no-bLlook to Japan, where their big races feature a few starters who have received the most votes from race-goers. Sort of like a "wildcard" that would certainly get people involved, and may be even more successful than the "win and you're in" strategy to get fans to embrace their favorite. There's one big problem, though. I know that if  voted for a horse that made it into the race, and the horse broke down, I would feel somewhat responsible for it. And I'm thinking I wouldn't be the only one. . .

Hi, the template I’m using now is Producer. Its free but comes with a “styling tool” for $50 or so which has saved me so much time and aggravation!
