As our lives become less predictable, and the events around us seem totally out of control, it's only natural for us humans to find solace in the idea that we (or at least the "informed") really know what's going to happen to the earth. It is, perhaps, the biggest example of hubris in the galaxy, and it won't go away as long as the "seers" continue to receive the funding and grants that will perpetuate it.Worth Watching:
